3.APPLICATIONS
The unique combination of high wear resistance and excellent toughness gives users the benefit of longer tool life in many tooling applications; blanking and forming, fine blanking, machine knives, thread rolling dies, rolls, deep drawing tools, piercing dies, cold extrusion tooling, powder pressing tools, wooden working tools, injection nozzles, brick mould liners.etc.
4.ANNEALING
Heat slowly and evenly to 830/860°C and then cool slowly in the furnace at 10~20°C per hour to 600°C,remove from furnace and cool in still air.Maximum hardness after annealing,260BHN.
5.Tempering T°c adjust to HRC(refer):
