The reverberatory furnace:

1,Breif Introduction:

The reverberatory furnace is used when the raw materials are not the copper cathode plate for the high quality of the casting copper rod.

2, Function:

The reverberatory furnace is used to clean away the impurities from the copper scraps to get the copper cathode, and the next step is to charge to the induction furnace of the upcating machine. The reverberatory furnace uses the fire refined method, and burns three kinds of oils: the natural gas, the diesel oil, and the heavy oil.

3, Process:

 The whole production flow chart: the copper scraps →reverberatory furnace by fire refined method to get the cathode copper→con-cast machine→get the diameter 8 mm copper rods→for sale or for deeply process.
