The series of clay gun can be classified into 0.02m³,0.05 m³,0.06 m³,0.08 m³and 0.15 m³five specifications according to the pumping clay content of which 0.02m³and0.05 m³hydraulic clay guns are composed of  the gun rotating mechanism, the gun pressing mechanism, the clay pumping mechanism and the hydraulic station several parts. 0.06 m³and 0.08 m³hydraulic low clay guns adopt the cam mechanism to combine the movements of both the gun rotating and the gun pressing. It owns simple structure, strong thrust of clay pumping, convenient operation and maintenance and other features . 

0.15 m³and 0.13 m³caly guns are the hydraulic low clay gun used for 250-380 m³blast furnace; it is composed of the slope seat, the gun rotating mechanism, the gun mouth level control rod, the vertical control device and other components .The clay gun has the string thrust of clau pumping which can completely meet the high-hardness waterless clay gun meanwhile it features in simple structure, reliable operation and convenient installation and use.
