Introduction to product

l         The skip is used for loading the burden for the blast furnace,consisting of three parts, namely,the skip body,the moving part and the thill part. Those which are less than 2.5m3 are the parallel skip bodies; those which are higher than 2.8m3 are the oblique skip bodies. The bottom and the both sides inside the skip body are protected with the abrasion-resistant liners,which are easy for the replacement. There is a small hole in the upper side of the oblique skip rear,which is easy to charge the burden scattered in the pit withdraw through the hole with manual work. Over 2m3 skips adopt the double-steel-rope traction and the steel rope tension balanced device to make the two steel ropes receive strength uniformly.
