waste water treatment RW-100 NW is used specially to degrade organic matters for slightly anaerobic river wastewater
SUKAZYM RW-100 NW
Biological agent for treatment of anaerobic river water with some aeration
SUKAZYM RW-100 NW is a microbial-based product containing a highly concentrated blend of non-pathogenic autotrophic beneficial organisms and multi-enzyme producing microorganisms that rapidly degrades various carbohydrates and other organic matter present in anaerobic river water with some aeration. The product also contains enzymes of high activities that aid in the digestion of suspended particles and complex materials in the bottom sludge for subsequent conversion into molecules that can be utilized by different microorganisms for metabolism.
SUKAZYM RW-100 NW contains aerobic and facultative microorganisms with specific biodegradative abilities which are able to grow and degrade organic substances under aerobic as well as anaerobic conditions. Autotrophic beneficial organisms in SUKAZYM RW-100 NW can simultaneously oxidize hydrogen, hydrogen sulfide to sulfate or elemental sulfur and reduce nitrate to nitrogen and oxygen gases. These organisms can denitrify even in the presence of oxygen, so that it can be added to both aerated and anaerobic system. Under stable temperature, the product can rapidly degrade the organic materials in industrial, municipal and agricultural wastewater.
2.UNAEROBIC DIGESTION PROCESS
Anaerobic biodegradation is a multi-step process performed by different microbial groups. The digestion process begins with microbial hydrolysis of the input materials (ex. carbohydrates, proteins and fats) to make them available for other bacteria. Acidogenic bacteria then convert the sugars and amino acids into carbon dioxide, hydrogen, ammonia, and organic acids. Acetogenic bacteria then convert these resulting organic acids into acetic acid, butyric and propionic acids in addition to ammonia, hydrogen, and carbon dioxide. In the terminal stage of anaerobic digestion, methanogens utilize the intermediate products of the preceding stages and convert them into methane, carbon dioxide and water.
Facultative micro-organisms and bio-enzymes with specific biodegradative abilities are able to grow and degrade organic substances under aerobic as well as anaerobic conditions. The enhanced conversion of nitrate to N2 and eventual release to the water will reduce the build-up of ammonia in the sludge and water system. In a coupled oxidation reaction, inorganic sulfur compound (H2S) is converted to SO4- during the denitrification process resulting to a reduction in the odor of the sludge and water. During the decomposition of organic matter in the sludge, the volume of the sludge is reduced while suspended degradation products are rapidly decomposed.
4.BENEFITSEliminates hydrogen sulfide gas, and its accompanying odors, and health hazards.Converts suspended particles and accumulated waste and soluble organics in the pond bottom to carbon dioxide, nitrogen and oxygen gases, water and sulfates.Breaks down proteins, starches, fats and food-based oils, xylans and cellulose.Reduces TSs, COD and BOD.Reduces nitrate and ammonia efficiently.Eliminates inhibitory effects of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) on nitrification. Can utilize wide range of carbon sources.Produces less sludge than alternative methods. Non-toxic, non-corrosive. Safer to handle than chemical oxidizers. Environmentally friendly, all-natural process.
5.BENEFICIAL MICROOGANISM + BIOENZYMES
¨ The biological process of wastewater treatment uses beneficial microorganisms and higher plant life to decompose organic matter in wastewater itself and sewage.
¨ Supplementation of the inherent microbial populations with high concentrations of selected, adapted, cultured and improved microbial strains with better survival ability, faster increase in bacterial population, high enzyme production will enhance the decomposition of organic matter.
¨ The survival of the added microorganisms and the rate of organic matter decomposition are enhanced by the addition of digestive enzymes that convert part of the complex organic matter in to simple sugars for instant use by the added cultures.
¨ Effective combination of beneficial microorganisms and bioenzymes will result to a reduction in COD, BOD and TSs levels, improved water clarity and reduction in odor.
