Sulphur Removal

Chempack T series of ZnO based adsorbents is used for the removal of sulphur components such as hydrogen sulphide, mercaptans and COS from hydrocarbon feed streams. Our Zinc Oxide Catalyst can meet different operation condition for different application, Chempack T-22 zinc oxide catalyst can work under ambient temperature, it not only absorbs hydrogen sulfide, but has certain conversion and absorption capability for COS in the stream, and T-80 zinc oxide catalyst is for operation under higher temperature and higher space velocity. Chempack T-90 zinc oxide catalyst is a standard H2S removal catalyst for it can work under lower temperature(180 deg C) and higher temperature at 400 deg C and the breakthrough sulfur capacity can reach 30%. Besides, Chempack also have T-95, T-95-3, T-AC-1 zinc oxide catalyst, and other desulfurization catalyst of like T-FE-1 Ferric Oxide Desulfurizer and Activated Carbon Adsorbents for Desulfurization, such as T-SR-10 and T-SR-20.

 

Chempack also have special catalyst for COS hydrolysis(Catalyst HCOS-21) used to promote hydrolysis reaction between carbonyl sulfide and water. It can be used in different combinations with zinc oxide, ferric oxide and activated carbon adsorbents according to different application cases to attain deep desulfurization
