LED Track light:

  1. Convenience, simplicity, practicality.  Without any modification and professional's assistance, this model could directly replace the existing general lighting products with the GU4.0 interface and MR16 shape. DIY can easily change the general lighting into LED lighting under the guidance of our product specification.2. Safety  The ordinary track light use the quartz halogen bulb which is in a high temperature (80-120 °C)during working. A little carelessness will face burns.
The LED track light use LED as a light source, with the professional structure of heat dissipation, So the temperature is very low(40-60°C)during working and people won't be burned, even catching it in hand. The ordinary Track light's shell is made of glass, which is easily broken and even causes permanent damage. Furthermore, the glass easily cause injure. The shell of LED track light are of professional design, whose material is metal (aluminum) die-casting forming. The LED for illuminant uses the special material which is aseismatic and durable. As for lens, it uses the most advanced once forming soft focus lens technique, so even if it accidently fell down from the desk it would not be broken.
3. Energy Conservation  General Track light use the quartz halogen bulb as light source, power ranging from 10W-35W. The LED track light use LED as light source. 3-18W could easily replaces the 35W-120W of quartz halogen spot lights. From this we can see that the power ratio between LED spots lighting and the quartz halogen spotlights reaches to 1:10. The ordinary track light use the quartz halogen bulb which is in a high temperature (80-120 °C) during working and contain a large quantity of IR(infrared ray)in spectrum, which could obviously raise the environment temperature when using by large-scale. If in the summer, it will significantly increase the workload and time of the refrigeration equipment. The final result would be the increase in power consumption and high electricity fee. The LED track light use LED as light source, no IR (infrared ray) in spectrum when working, and they are equipped with professional designed heat dissipation structure, so the normal working temperature is within 40-60°C. Even used by large scale, it's much more lower than the quartz halogen spot lights'. During the summer, it will significantly decrease the workload and time of the refrigeration equipment. Combining the discrepancy and advantage of the power(1:10), it will finally achieve the saving of power consumption and electricity fee. These features mentioned above show its energy conservation advantages.
4. Environmental protection

 

The ordinary Track light use the quartz halogen bulb as light source and it will produce large amount of IR (infrared) and UV (ultraviolet)radiation during working. The bulb which is filled up with inert gas, will affect the environment in some degree if crushed.
The LED track light which uses LED as a light source, there is no IR(infrared) and UV (ultraviolet) radiation produced during working. What's more, it does not include any filled inert gas. As smashing damage is inexistent, there is no contamination to the environment. So they reflect the merits of its environmental protection.
5. Healthy
As the ordinary track light produce IR (infrared ray) and UV (ultraviolet) radiation during working, it will influence people's heath in some applications. For example:
5.1. IR radiation will reduce the food's preservation time (especially meat, sushi ,etc), thus affecting its nutritional value.
5.2. UV radiation. Long-term's exposure under radiation light source with IR and UV, the color of the goods will become white, such as clothes, pearl, the surface of the clock, handicraft, painting, etc.
However, the LED track light, which has no IR (infrared) and UV (ultraviolet) radiation during working, won't hurt people's heath.
6. Long life
The ordinary track light with quartz halogen bulb can only last about 8000 hours(by 4hours/day).
Neverthless, the LED track light's life would be 50000 hours (24 hours/day).
