Advantages

1. Once usage of wind is small: once air volume is no more than 8% of total air volume goes
into the kiln. This can make full use of the high-temperature second wind to save coal.

2.Outer duct consists of many strands of discrete duct: thus the outer wind injected has strong penetration, which can break the Circumference of outer wind, so as to shield thermal circumfluence with strong power.

3.Suitable for wide range of coal: various kinds of coals whose volatile is more than 5% and calorific capacity is over 22000KJ/Kg (bituminous coal, half bituminous coal, anthracite, inferior coal). Hollow kiln can be used to burn inferior coal with 20-38 ash and over 4000 calories.

4. Easy to operate: It is easy to control ideal flame shape and extend the service life of kiln lining.

5.Stable thermal system: stably improve output and quality of cement clinker.

6.Reasonable structure: Every duct of Five-duct pulverized coal combustor adapts section structure, and it facilitates the maintenance or overhaul. The front heat-resistant steel part is made by casting finishing and assembled after heat treatment. Inner and outer wall of coal tube are both done by wear-resisting, and this can prolong the service life of the coal injection pipe.

7.Environment friendly: achieve enrichment of more pulverized coal in many package layers of discrete outer wind, thus to reduce Nox formation.

8.Short transformation period: can be completed during maintenance or temporary halt to kiln.
