Structure
Rotary kiln is formed by rotary body ,lifting blade , driving device, supporting device and sealing ring .The rotary body is circled by steel plate , firebricks are inlaid inside the body , three tyre belts are supported on three supporting devices separately , and a big gear ring is installed in the middle of body.
1. Support device: advanced shaft structure, automatic temperature measuring device and electrical heating,.
2. Catch wheel: including two kinds mechanical wheel and hydraulic pressure
3. Gears: single or double. Control the rotating speed by buncher, DE machine and frequency variable motor. Be reliable , energy-saving, and efficient.
4. Cylinder tyre bolster: lower bolster has three types: fixed , zoom and floating. The structure is simple , replacement is convenient and won’t hurt cylinder.
5. Sealing equipment:there are many kinds for choice according to kiln models, including air cylinder edge sealing, spring edge sealing , graphite block sealing and combination for above. The feather is adaptive for cylinder rotating and swing. And sealing effect is very good.
6. Kiln head hood: including stationary type and flexible type

Rotary kiln has dedicated to the preheated iron ore pellets for firing. The main body is a circular cylinder welded steel plate, lined with 230mm thick brick, installation of inclination of 3% -5%. Cylinder is driven by the drive to do rotary movement and speed is generally 0.3-1.0r/min. Kiln head (discharging side) has a burner nozzle. The combustion exhaust gas moves to the kiln tail direction along the cylinder (feed side) .
Intensity difference in pellet, more powder or rotary kiln operation is not right, then the kiln is prone to "nod" phenomenon. There are two main ways for rotary kiln nodulation in the production process: one is erection of the moving alloy blade in the kiln; other is to use "Fire Act" to tumor nodules, that is, when nodulation occurs adding an excess of fuel to burn the tumor. The former material is not easy to solve, the last one is simple and does not need special equipment. In addition, appropriate changes in the high temperature, it is possible to eliminate the phenomenon of nodulation.
High-temperature calcined pellets commonly use forced-ring cooling machine.After cooling, vibrating sieve pellets by sieving, screening the finished ball into pellets warehouses, screen under to return mine.
