The strengthen agent can obviously increase the body strength,It is used in the bodies of porcelain and polished tiles.

Nowadays, high quality clay becomes less and less, and the tile industry meets the problems of low strength and large damage rate of the pressed tile bodies. Focus on these problems, Out company has developed a new type efficient temporary binder for pressed ceramics bodies. The strengthen agent can obviously increase the body strength, reduce the damage, raise the production rate and quality, and decrease the cost, especially suitable for the production with poor raw materials. It is used in the bodies of porcelain and polished tiles.

characteristics

Yellow to brown-black powder; compound of inorganic salts and macromolecule; soluble in water easily, damp, non-odor.

Usage>0.2%, the body strengthen agent increases 50~90%. Normal usage: 2~4Kg per ton dry powder

White powder; soluble in water easily, damp, non-odor. Especially it doesn't increase the ceramic body slurry's viscosity .

Usage>0.04%, the body strengthen agent increases more than 60%.

Normal usage: 0.4~2Kg per ton dry powder

Application

1. The actual usage is based on the requirement of specific materials. The binder should be added into the ball mill along with the raw materials. The binder is helpful to grinding procedure, decreasing the water quantity and increasing the suspending stability of the slurry.

2. control the moisture to 5~7% after the powder spraying, Then press and shape.

3. When the temperature is higher than 400~600, most of the binders will burn out, without any detrimental effect to the final fired products.
