Silicate ceramic roller is the core part of the tempering kiln and it is used to support and transmit the glass.
1. Characteristics of Silicate Ceramic Roller
a. It adopts unique welding techniques, which reduces the chance of looseness and falling off rate.
b. It is highly heat-resistant and enable the temperature of kiln to increase fast to realize the conversion of the heat energy.
c. Its smoothness and hardness can decrease the adhesion and wear rate, thus increase the life time of the roller.
2. Application of Silicate Ceramic Roller
Silicate ceramic roller is positioned between the glass and the bottom furnace, acting as an important role in the process of glass heating. It has low dilatability and doesn't transfer hat, 20-30% heat absorbed by glass is transferred by the gap between the rollers.
