gas fracture ceramic proppant
1,high quality and competitive price
2,best sell overseas
3, high temperature resistance

GMRC has independently developed the low, medium and high intensity ceramic proppants with the brand No. of 52MPa, 69MPa and 86MPa. Taking the advantage of local high quality bauxite, under the unique process of grinding, sand-making and high temperature sintering, ceramic proppants has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, high intensity, high diverting capacity, and high corrosion resistance. It is an indispensable good helper in exploiting petroleum and natural gas fracturing.

1. Categories of ceramic proppants:
ceramic proppants can be classified according to its type:
Control -- no pressure consolidation support agent, high strength, fast consolidation speed, good permeability, low density
To prevent fracturing pressure support - -spit consolidation, high strength, low permeability, crushing ratio, low density
Support - -coated good compressive capacity, long service life in the lower strata of 232 degrees Celsius temperature
Quartz support - low solubility, suitable for low acid fracturing acidification support, higher spheres and diverting capacity

2 Ceramic proppants can also be classified according to its fracture resistance capability: 7500psi (69Mpa), 10000psi (69Mpa), 12500psi(86 Mpa).

According to the bulk density, it also can be classified into the low, medium and high bulk density ceramic proppants
The size of ceramic proppants can be classified into: 12-20 mesh, 16-20 mesh, 16-30 mesh, 20-40 mesh, 30-50 mesh, 40-60 mesh, 40-70 mesh, 70-100 mesh, etc. GMRC is now developing ceramic proppants with different intensity and different sizes to meet various demand for oil and gas well both domestic and abroad.
