charcoal production system is the integration of biomass gasification set and charcoal machines, and can make fully use of living being raw materials. This system recover the gas from carbonizing process and purification process from biomass gasification system and its finished products include charcoal, combustible gas, wood tar and fertilizer.

1)The biggest advantages of electric oven almost can produce all kinds of charcoal products. For example,fruit shell charcoal, tree  branches charcoal, wood charcoal particles, sawdust charcoal, original charcoal ,hookah charcoal  and so on.
2) The short production cycle. Traditional kiln production cycle is 10-15 days. Water cooling also requires 7 days. Otherwise it will affect the quality of charcoal. Electric oven production cycle requires only 4-5 days. If  the water cooling, only 2-3 days. This shortened the production cycle and improve efficiency.
