SY-CH-2064 Diesel Engine Battery Charger
1,Introduction
It is a new generation intelligent product with a constant current fast charge, safe constant voltage, trickle filling,automatic stop after full charge and Polarity protection.
2,scope:
(1) The charger can be used on different brand, model and power, as the ancillary device of diesel engine.
(2) Input voltage range: AC 160 ~ 250V, frequency range: 20 ~ 100Hz (The charger ensures that the battery can be charged when the engine is running at low/idle speed.)
(3) The charger can use the diesel generating unit output directly charging to replace the body charging set.
(4) The charger can be used from -30 °C to +50 °C and relative humidity 98% RH non-condensing environment.
(5) When using the mains supply as charging input, the starter motor can be started.
(6) The charger is suitable for aluminic acid batteries, especially for the fully sealed solid wide-temperature batteries.
(7) The charger is available to select the output voltage of 12V / 6A or 24V/3A.
3,Main advantages:
(1) Constant current
When charging the battery voltage is below the set value (12V battery <13.5V, 24V battery <27V), the charger uses the maximum current (12Vbattery unit is 6A,24V battery unit is 3A) for fast charging.
(2) Current limiting
When the battery is nearly full charge (12V battery ≥ 13.8V, 24V battery ≥ 27.6V), the charging current is automatically limited.
(3) Trickle floating charge
When the battery voltage reached the float charge value (12V battery: 14V, 24V battery: 28V), the charger will automatically enter into the float charge mode. (Charging current: 0.1 ~ 0.2A)
(4) Stop charge
When the battery voltage reached the fulfill charge value (12V battery: 14.1V, 24V battery: 28.1V), the charger automatically shuts off the output.
(5) Excess current/short-circuit protection
The charger has output over-current protection function. The charger will not be damaged under following conditions: the battery has large capacity, battery load short-circuit or start the starter motor when charging.
(6) Reverse battery protection
The charger has the reverse battery protection. When the installation is improper, the anode and cathode is connected inversely. The charger can automatically identify and turn off the output. The reversion indicator will be activated.
