Properties and Features
1.The PH value of the working solution should be 3.5-4.0 adjusted by glacial acetic acid, and it can effectively remove the disperse dyes that can’t be sessile on the fabric.
2. It can totally replace the Sodium Hydrosulfite, and there is no damage of combustion and explosion just as sodium hydrosulfite has.
3. It is able to destroy the vestigital dyes in dyebath, and the waste water is easier to be treated.
4. When during reduction clearing, alkaline agent needn’t to be added into the dyebath or fresh rinsing bath.
5. The fabric after reduction clearing needn’t be neutralized with acid.
6. Compared with traditional methods, it can save more time, energy, water as well as chemicals.
7. It is stable in hard water and alkali, but it can’t be directly used with acid and oxidizing agents, such as Hydrogen Peroxide, Sodium hypochlorite.
Applications
1. It can be used in cooling stage after dying polyester, acrylic, acetate fibre or their blends and then clear the fabric after reducing in the acid bath.
2.Process:
Before adding reduction cleaning agent, the PH value of working solution must be adjusted to between 3.5~4.0 with glacial acetic acid (about 0.5~2g/l). The dosage depends on the fabric’s dying depth, for example:
Reduction cleaning polyester, acylic and their blends
Middle and slight color: 1.5~2.0 g/l
Deep color: 2.0~4.0 g/l
70°C(acrylic)~80°C(polyester)wash 15~20 minutes, wash with hot water, and then wash with cold water.
If the deep color of the blends are cleaned directly in dyebath, reduction cleaning agent with cation dyestuff will come into being precipitation, so we suggest that before cleaning we should add dispersing agent WA or using another fresh bath.
Reduction cleaning the fabric of acetate fibre
2.0 g/l reduction cleaning agent, cleaning 15 minutes in 50°C~60°C with clear water.
Reduction cleaning the blended fabric between dispense dyeing and reactive dyeing.
It can be used in intermediate reduction cleaning process, which is more excellent than using traditional strong alkali, because the PH value of bath solution is approaching the requirement of reactive dyes, but the fabric must be washed completely clean before dyeing reactive dyes.
We suggest using the fresh bath solution when reducing and cleaning the polyester cheese.
Package & storage
1) Net 50kgs or 125kgs in plastic drum, or as per customer’s requirement.
2) The product belongs to reducing agent, and mustn’t store with oxidizing agents or inflammable and explosive products.
3) It can be stored for 6 months under room temperature.
