Characteristics 

and usage: 

Self-crosslinking type of binder, good compatibility with various pigments, 

preparation of paste, no fouling or clogging, good stability, directly 

mixed with pigment and thickener to prepare paste. Low formaldehyde 

content, can meet the requirements for export, application to pigment 

printing of various fiber fabrics.

Application 

methods:

Mixed with pigment, thickener and water for paste with 

stirring, adding some crosslinker (10-15% ratio to binder) will obtain better results, 

printing, drying and curing at 150℃ for 3minutes or 170-180℃ for 30 seconds. If dosage of pigment is 5-8%, adding 10-20% binder, for printing special dark color, increase the binder dosage.

25kg plastic drum, stored at room temperature, validity for 6 months.
