Pulp and paper enzyme
Grey powder
1.Increases in whiteness and brightness.
2.Reduces BOD & COD level in waste water treatment
Pulp and paper enzyme LPK-CD05 is an enzyme complex that selectively modifies cellulosic fibers to aid in the separation of ink and other debris from recycled papers.
Physical Properties
Appearance: Grey powder
Effective PH Range: 7.0 to 9.5
Optimum PH: 8.0
Effective Temperature: Range 25 to 60
Optimum Temperature: 50-60
Main feature
1. Enhance de-inking of recycled fibers. Facilitate the release of inks (impact and non-impact) from fiber surfaces, enhancing washing and flotation processes
2. Decreases the need for pulping chemicals such as soda, peroxide and silicate.
3. Reduces stickies through dispersion thereby decrease machine downtime.
4. Increases in whiteness and brightness.
5. Reduces BOD & COD level in waste water treatment.
Dosage
The optimal dosage is generally 100-300g(along with 100ml~2000ml special additive) for per ton of dry pulp, but it could be changed with the different furnish, process temperature, pH and retention times.
Storage and Shelf life
This enzyme should be kept in a cool dry location. It will keep for at least one year, if stored in original package.
