I. Refining Enzyme
Based on the effect of Bvzyme-PPA enzyme on the pulp fiber, it can enable the fiber fully expanded by absorbing adequate water and promote fiber brooming, thus, the energy consumption in the subsequent pulping process will be reduced by 20%-50%

II. Pulp Enzymes For Office Wastepaper Deinking
The chemical deinking agent can be complete replaced by Bvzyme-WPD enzymes, first, the adhesiveness between fiber and ink would be weakened based on the effect of Bvzyme-WPD enzymes onto the fiber surface, second, the ink would complete separated from the fiber by using the suitable mechanism, the work efficiency would be improved and the cost of de-inking process and pollution load would be reduced
(1) Effective temperature: 25-60°c with 30oC-40°c at the optimum rate
(2) Effective pH: 5-8 with 6.5-7.5 at the optimum rate
(3) Dosage: 20-50g per ton dry pulp (30g per ton dry pulp is recommended)
(4) Application method: it will be same as the deinking chemicals
III. Bleaching enzyme
By application the Xylzyme-PBA enzyme to the pulp can remove a large part of the re-precipitate Xylan, this will increase the pulp matrix porosity and releasing the soluble lignin, therefore, the chemical bleaching agent can easily and effectively penetrate into the pulp, the bleachability of pulp can be increased accordingly, the Xylzyme-PBA enzyme can reduce the using amount of chemical agent by 15%-50%
(1) Effective temperature: 45- 55°c with pH of 6.5-9.5
(2) Pulp consistency: 6%-10% (recommended 8%)
(3) Dosage: 40-50g per ton dry pulp
