Zinc Laurate for PVC stabilizer and rubber.

Physiochemical Properties:

Fine white powder, good disperse, greasy feeling. It does not dissolve in alcohol and ether. It will decompose into stearic acid and zinc salt by contacting strong acid.

Notice: The testing method of the fineness is by determination or fineness gauge

Application:

This kind of product has features of high purity, good disperse, fine lubricant. The initial coloring and transparency are similar with zinc stearate, but its heat stability is worse than zinc stearae. It can have the concerted reaction with barium and cadmium soaps to reduce the coloring. It can be used widely in PVC heat stabilizers and other plastic processing industries; Being as crackle agent in  furniture wood paint; Being used in rubber processing.
