This product is a type of sub-white powder, which is odorless, tasteless, non-toxic, and the stacking density is 0.7 to 1.1 g/ml. It is dispersed and is greasy to touch. It is insoluble in water, organic solvents and various oils and lipids. It has relatively strong characteristic of ion interchangeability, selective adsorption, hydrophilic, surface activity and catalytic. It begins to lose crystal water when it is heated to more than 300 degrees, and its structure will be changed, which will exert an impact on the decolorization effect. The absorption function will be reduced when it is kept too long or moisturized. It can be used to absorb and remove the asphaltene, neutral colloid, sulfide, olefin naphthenic acid mineral, and basic nitrogen out of lubricating oil, to improve the durability and safety of the lubricating oil, and to enhance the corrosion resistance. It also can be used to absorb and remove the carcinogenic substance from animal and vegetable oil, such as pigment, aflatoxin B1 (AFTB1) and 3 ~ 4 benz (a) pyrene.

 

Usage and Application Scope

1. The refinement of edible animal and vegetable oils: it can be used for decolorization and purification. It can remove the harmful pigment, aflatoxin, phosphatide, saponin, colloid, and cotton acid from the oil to make it high-grade edible oil.

2. The decolorization and refinement of edible animal and vegetable oil for industrial purpose.2

 

3. In the industry , it is used for the decolorization, refinement, and purification of minerals, such as diesel, kerosene, gasoline, grease, paraffin wax, white oil, lubricating oil, vaseline, etc.

 

4. Recycling and regeneration of industrial waste oil (mineral oil like machine oil and lubricating oil).

 

5. Decolorization and refinement of resin and natrum.

 

6. Decolorization and refinement of polyether.

7. In the food industry, it is used as the clarificant for monosodium glutamate (MSG), vitamins, grape wine, and sugar juice, and it is also used in the beer stability processing, saccharification processing, and sugar juice purification.

 

8. Separation of olefin in arene and alkene, petroleum schizolysis, and polymerization and catalysis of olefin.
