    Production Methods: The main method used esterification.  cinnamic acid and ethanol as raw  materials, sulfuric acid as catalyst for direct esterification, and then, washing, derived from distillation.
   Uses:  Ester Synthesis spices.  Widely used in concoct flavor,  it can also be used in soap spices.
