Products Characteristic and Usage

BC series have been proved to be effective in all kinds of industrial system to control microbe growing.The products are broad spectrum,effective biocide agent,in high concentration ,can be used to inhibit Fungi and algae growing. BC series Chemicals can be widely used in evaporative condenser and heat exchanger for water system ,commercial and industrial cooling tower,aside water system,industrial water wiping system, wine-making system,water foggy cleaning air industrial system, to control the bacterium,fungus,alage and mucus.

In industrial water system, controlling microbial pollution essentially is to control biological pollution. In cooling water system, biological pollution inthe heat exchanger devices and towers   will reduce the efficiency of heat exchangers, and cause system unplanned drainage, increase system variables, lead to production reduction. Biological pollution also cause microbial corrosion to  damage equipment. Due to these influence, in order to guarantee system to gain the maximum utilization, must control biological pollution.

Regularly alternately to use BC series and other microbicides (for example the non oxidizing microbicides or oxidative microbicides) can reduce the organism of resistance, thus making chemicals to keep long time efficient sterilization.

Treatment and Dosage

BC series interval dosage is most effective. BC series correct dosing quantity and dosing frequency  up to many factors. These factors include: system of cleanness, microbial species, nutrition concentration, temperature, pH value, retention time and  other operation parameters of system. Dosage Explanation

BC series can add to the system by any suitable dosing system,dilute or not both ok. This series of products must be added to the set pools or points can guarantee its mixture uniformly. In dealing with air cleaning system,BC series should be added to cleaning pool  or cooling pool, in order to ensure the uniform mixing.Dosage is about 30-100 mg/L.

Storage container: most plastic containers, glass fiber reinforced plastic containers, ceramic containers dosing device, Avoid  304 and 316 stainless steel, copper, brass pipe and equipment to install the potion

Pakage and Storage:

Liquid mixture. Many kinds of container is fine. Storage in normal temperature.
