NICHEM 1000 electroless nickel plating products

1. Application and Advantage

1)  Especially suitable for nickel pre-plating on plastic, aluminum, aluminum alloy parts.

2) Reduce the contamination in the subsequent plating bath.

NICHEM 1000A             40ml/L

 NICHEM 1000B             150ml/L

 Ni Concentration             5.4~6.3g/L

pH value                        9.0~9.5

Temperature                    29~35°C

Charge capacity              0.32~0.96 dm2/L

Agitation                   swept component without inflating

Filtration                    continuous filtration

Supplement method:

              NICHEM 1000A and NICHEM 1000B are for making up. NICHEM 1000A and NICHEM 1000C are for supplement as 1:1 according to nickel content. For example, it needs to add 2ml/L of NICHEM 1000A and 2ml/L of NICHEM 1000C if nickel content increases by 0.3g/L.

Uses: Chemical Electroless nickel plating of fancy decoration.
