1. Profile
MGS-O is a kind of Nano silicon polymer material made by organic silicon as the precursor, using the in-situ surface modification technology.
2. Features
1)This product has the strong performance of oleophylic and hydrophobic, and good dispersibility in these organic mediums such as diesel oil, solvent oil, carbon tetrachloride and Freon etc..
2) Its hydrophobic surface contains the organic functional group that can corporate with silanol, so that this type of nanometer particle can adsorb on the surface of micro-pore canal of sandstone forming the stable hydrophobic surface film, accordingly reducing the resistance of water flow greatly.
3. Usage
A. Solution preparation: Dispersing this product in the diesel oil or organic solvent by the density of 0.10%-0.15%(W/V)
B. Water injection well should be performed a series of preprocessing such as acid cleaning, to clean dirt and organic sediment which adsorb on the surface of the rock.
C. Inject the prepared nano solution to water injection well, close the well for 24-48 hours, to make sure the product can absorb the underground rock surface adequately.
D. Then inject clean water in big quantity, after that inject water in normal dosage. In such way Decompression and injection augmentation treatment is completed. The common validity is 4-12 months.
