Paper making Defoamer DM-701A:  value. It is more competitive with traditional defoamer and high-efficient defoamer.

 

Typical characteristics

remove the air up to 80%-90% and be applicable in the 30-50°Cpromote the dehydration and reduce the moisture by 2%-3% of the paper in dryer part(for removing air from paper eliminates the barriers that gases bring ), saving the air consumption of dryer part.Increase retention rate by 3%-5%increase the sizing value.improve the product quality, reduce the crafter, improve the paper porosity and smoothnessconducive for the paper machine to safely run, to improve the papermaking efficiency, and to improve the performance of the wastewater treatment plant and sedimentation basin.

Usage and Dosage 

The product is added in prime solution or diluted solution, the volume is 0.02%~0.1% of oven dry stock and addition points is white water chest and copy forebay. It is without detrimental effect to sizing value of the finished products.

 

Packaging and Storage

The product is packed in 25/200 liter plastic bucket/drum or packed in required specification, stored in cool and well-ventilated place. The shelf-life from the production is for one year.
