SLHW SERIES SINGLE CYLINDER ROTARY DRYER is a type of relatively small capacity drying equipment comparing with two cylinders and three cylinders dryer.

Work principle:

The raw material plate which is arranged reasonably with changeable angles in order, throws moisture materials into the rotary cylinder. Then water will be separated from the materials by hot air-flow and changed into vapour to be discharged into the atmosphere. Then the materials would be dryed.

Can be designed according to client's capacity.

Components:

Composed of cylinder, lifters, driving device, supporting device and sealing ring, feeding device, discharging device, gears, gearbox, motor, dust collector, furnace and etc.

Heat Resource:

coal, coal gas, natural gas, LPG gas, wood, and etc

Usage:

Widely used to dry yellow sand, clay, slag, flyash, , iron powder,sand in casting, ect.

Investment:

Low consumption, adpot the alloy steel plate whose abrasion resistance is 3-4 times than common steel plate, but the investment is 1/6 of foreign brand.

Work condition:

The material initial moisture is 15%, final is below 0.5-1.0%, is the first choice for the slag in the cement factories and premixed dry mortar production line.

The material granular size is around 20-40mm.

Installation and practice:

Compared with single cylinder dryer, reduce about 50% area, the groundwork consumption reduce a half. The whole equipments have no leakage, can finish the installation in 2 hours, and easy to pratice in following period.
