HL-9058 is a kind of film former in material of epoxy resin which has been changed its properties. It is a kind of macromolecule mixture increased in framework function of the pigments and fillers which is resistant to corroion of the industrial water, sea water, and etc. Resins are generally cross-linked to promote the film-forming process at high temperature. The characteristic of the product:

1. Anticorrosion properties: Acid and alkali resistant, water and salt resistant, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistant, impact-proof, and Scale-resistant Property, and etc.

2. High thermal conductivity, good anti-scale efficiency: measurement of 150±30μm, its thermal resistance is only 1.85×10-4M2•h•°C•kcal. The tube no longer produce the rust of high thermal resistance, so the efficiency of exchanging heat is improved greatly.

3. Heat-resistant property: HL-9058 can stand up to high temperatures. It can work for a long time at high temperature ambient condition 100°C. The temperature of sweeping couldn’t be more than 150°C/12h.

4. The coating has properties of excellent adhesion, and bright film, flexible, hard, dense.
