EPS Foam Machine for EPS Sandwich Wall Panel Production Line

 

The shell of this EPS Foam Machine(i.e. eps continuous pre-expander) is made of high quality stainless steel plate with tight structure and is convenient for maintain to avoid the granule pollution caused by rust. Since it adjusts the materials filling in temperature by the valve and the products consistency uniformed and constantly ,so it can be controlled accurately.

 

Main features:

EPS foam machine, continuous pre-expander VJ-PFS120filling,expanding,sieving,delumpling,and conveying to silos are completed automaticallywith primary and secondary expansion device to get density of 8-40g/l the fluidized bed will be supplied separately according to the user`s selectionthe machine can be equipped with Screw Conveyor;the photocell controls the material level to realize automatic filling(optional) steam pressure relief valve is equipped to control even density.
