1.Composition and features

a.The body of mask

The body of mask is made of rubber, to ensure close cooperation with the face and wearing comfortably. This rubber is specially formulated to enhance the life of mask, and no stimulation of the skin. The headband is adjusted easily and can wear quickly. Therefore, the use of MF12-type gas masks in all cases, even when engaged in intense activity, can ensure airtight, and wearing comfort.

b. The lens

The polycarbonate lenses made of specially treated surface with high strength and surface wear resistance, can provide great vision and good optical properties. Within the mask, separated using a flow-oriented method of entry and discharge of air. When breathing in ,the outside air into the mask by the canister , then through the air suction valve guide slot along the sweep of the lens, ensuring the temperature of both sides of the same lens, and then air down into the dome; exhaled gas directly from the call exhaust gas valve. As the suction valve and the dome and to avoid the frosty fog lens, so the lens are clearly excellent.

c. Radios

Expiratory valve is made of rubber, the resistance of the exhaust air is small. Call film is a taut butyl rubber film, membrane vibrations caused by sound waves to reach the call. The sound transmission device is clear, sound transmission loss very little. Call lid can be opened for easy cleaning or replacement of expiratory valve.

d. The canister is filled by qualified activated carbon or activated carbon catalyst, the service time is long, the weight is light, easy to change new one.
