The whole production operational regulations: drying raw materials, feeding, heating,oil producing, discharging

Drying raw materials off to improve the oil yield and quality

Sort the articles which are unable to be refined such as stone,brick,wood and so on

Feeding:Feed some nonflammable wet raw material in case of fire if the furnace is still hot;Steel wires mixed in the raw material like shredded tires, leftovers from reprocessed paper factories, shall not be over fed, otherwise ,it may cause the machine running stop;The sufficient feeding is necessary, intermittent feeding is adopted that is feeding continually with the materials fed before partly melting;Keep the raw material fed enough and space inside reactor used without waste

Heating:Heating the reactor in high temperature in the early stage so that the moisture in the material can be evaporated as soon as possible;

Oil producing:Once exhaust gas nozzle burnt,it shows the oil begin to come out;Check the water in the condenser. Cooling effect directly decides oil yield;Adjust concentration of exhaust gas and air that goes through gas nozzle while oil is outputing. If more air and less exhaust gas, the concentration of gas mixture will be small. If more exhaust gas and less air, the concentration of gas mixture will be big.

The gas mixture can not be buring fully and will be wasted and produce pollution to air.If the runing machine is near to residential area,the environmental requirement will be much higher, so need to collect oil gas mixture smoking from feeding door and delivery them to furnace to be buring;Thermometer , temperature rise first and fall later,peak temperature should be controlled in 200 degrees celsius or so. Waste gas will be increased and oil yield will be reduced if too high.but time will be wasted if too low. So temperature should be proper.Draft fan: keep chimney open when heating with fuel in case of pollution;Make screw tight at any time to avoid pollution caused by gas leak.Check the oil level lest oil overflow;How to judge oil outputing finish?1)watching the temperature gauge:pressure gauge value goes down substantially,2)open the valve at the outputing pipe(junction of vertical pipe and the outputing pipe),watching the gas color,white color gas means not over,black color gas(carbon black powder) means over.3) checking the oil outputing quantity,if the machine runs normally.

Carbon black slagging and steel extraction:Make sure oil be finished before discharging,Close the valve of the oil channel before discharging in case of backfire(explosion may be caused oil gas reflux).Work cloth is a must for workers when open slagging door,even safety helmet,workers must not face slagging door.any flammable materials are prohibited nearby a few meters. In addition,avoid screw falling into furnace.Slagging hole should be sealed in case of environment pollution;Tire steel wire should be pulled from feeding door with special puller.Don't stand in front of feeding door when feed for second batch in case of burn.

Equipment maintenance: Equipment maintenance is particularly important for the life of the whole machine,Bearing wheels: keep them lubricated before running for each batch;Motor: reduce should be lubricated periodically, ensure bearing lubricating;V-belt: regular inspection and replacement;Chain: it should be lubricated with grease each batch;Draft fan: regular inspection and lubrication;Keep oil channel clean and smooth;Electric inspection and maintenance, wires can not be connected by your own;Pump also need regular maintenance.

Safety caution:Waste tire/plastic pyrolysis oil is a high risk industry ,it is strictly forbidden to operate ;without training or any practical experience;Workers should be trained before running machine;Worker uniform is a must for workers;Feeding door,oil outlet,slagging door are flammable place. Don't face the doors in case of any hurt when working;Blower should be turned off when adding coal in case of any hurt;No smoking in factory;Check the oil outlet carefully before each batch avoid jam;Check all pipes to ensure equipment run safety;Safety device is for machine's safe working.water level should be checked usually;Furnace worker plays an important role during processing, particularly late shift, shall not sleep when working;

A certain amount powder fire extinguisher is necessary for factory in case of need;Better not to stop when the machine is running unless power cut.
