BCW1 Series Intelligent Universal Circuit Breakers(Air Circuit Breaker) 

Explanation:

1,Usage 
BCW1 Series Intelligent Universal Circuit Breaker i.e. ACB,is mainly used in the low voltage distribution switchboard to control and protect power distribution system. Its technical index reaches the international advanced standard of that kind of products in 1990s and conforms to the criteria for low voltage breaker in IEC60947-2 and GB14048.2 
  
2,Enviroment Condition 
 The ambient air temperature is -5°C~+40°C, the average temperature within 24 hours isn’t above +35°C(special orders are excluded).
 The elevation isn't above 2000 metres.
 The relative humidity in the air isn't above 50% under the max. temperature +40°C.It may be higher under the lower temperature. The max. average relative temperature can not exceeds 90% and condensation on the surface of the producr due to temperature change should also taken into consideration.
 Pollution grade: 3
  
3,Construction 
 Contact Unit
 Each contact is mounted in the insulation room. The contact unit is made of many pieces of contact in parallel connection which can reduce inertia of the unit and ensure high breaking capacity of the breaker.
 Operation Device
 It is mounted in the middle of the breaker, not being connected with the main circuit. The breaker can be closed quickly by the spring charging device. The operation device can be charged by motor or hand and turned on or turned off. 
 All accessories are all-purpose for all breakers of the whole series.
 Draw-out Base
 There are three working positions for the breaker by turning the handle of the cross beam at the bottom of draw-out base( indication marks are available beside the handle). 
"Connection" position: both the main circuit and the secondary circuit are turned on and the isolation plate is open. 
"Test" position: the main circuit is open, only the secondary circuit is turned on. It is necessary to do action test. 
"Isolation" position: both the main circuit and the secondary circuit are open and the isolation plate is closed.
 The draw-out breaker is equipped with a reliable mechanical interlock, only the breaker be closed on the "connection" position and "test" position.
 There are 47 secondary circuit terminals for the breaker. The draw-out breaker with the same rating (including the main body and base) can be replaced each other. 

 4,Selection of the Intelligent Controller 
 The controller has three types, electronic, standard and comunicative. 
Basic Function
 Inverse overload long-delay protection,inverse short circuit short-delay protection,definite short circuit short-delay protection,setting,overload alarm, test, current indication,self diagnosis,thermal analogue, fault memory, contact wear indication and MCR. 
 Optional Function(to be choosed by user when making order)
Voltage indication and load monitoring.
Each indexes are transported in bi-direction between the controller and the equipment via RS485. The communication protocol is subject to the manufacturer or final discussion between the user and manufacturer.
