Function introduction:
1: When the circuit comes into the normal working state from the protection state, it should have 3~5 minutes delay.
2: When the voltage is lower than 165V±3%, it is in the protection state. When the voltage is between 165V and 180V, the circuit keeps the original state.
3: When the voltage is higher than 260V±3%, it is in the protection state. When the voltage is between 250V and 260V, the circuit keeps the original state.
4: During the 3~5 minutes delay, if we press down the “Compulsive start” button, the circuit will come into the normal working state immediately;

While it’s useless to press down the button when the circuit is in the protection state or normal working state.
