Main Technical Data:

DW15 Series air circuit breaker are rated 100A to 4000A in current and AC50Hz 380V in voltage. The breaker is mainly used to distribute electric energy in the power distribution network and to prevent the circuit and power souree equipemnt from overload,undervoltage and short circuit.

DW25-200,400 and 630 can also be used in AC50Hz 380V electric network to protect the motor from overload, undervoltage or short circuit,or in 660V or 1140V power distribution network to offer above protections,under the normal conditions,the breaker can be used to switch the circuit and start the motor infrequently,with the current limiting characteristics,the current-limiting breaker is especially suitable for the network where large short circuit current is likely to occur.

 

Construction Feature:

DW15-200,400 and 630 breaker are of three-dimensional arrangement type.All the contact system,instantaneous overcurrent release,and left and right side boards are mounted on one insulating plate.The arc-extinguishing system is mounted on the upper part. The operating mechanism can be mounted on the front face or the right side and has the "breaking" and "closing" indications and the manual disconnected with the tripping half axis,is mounted on the back.The quick saturation current transformer of the current-voltage converter is put onto the lower busbar. The undervoltage time delay device,thermal relay or semiconductor release can be mounted on the lower part. DW15-1000,1600,2500 and 4000 breakers are of three-dimensional arrangement type. The frame is composed of the bottom support,side board and beam.The contact system of each phase is mounted on the bottom support and the arc-extinguishing chamber is mounted above it.The operating mechanism is at the front right of the breaker and connected with the contact system through the principal axis. The electric operating mechnism,which is integrated with the mechanism through the square axis,is mounted at the lower part of the breaker and used to store energy for the breaker or to close directly,after storing energy. The release electromagnetic iron will be responsible for closing. There is an anti-bouncer mounted on the top of the left side board in order to preven the breaker against bouncing when it breakes. Various overcurrent release are mounted at the lower part of the breaker according to the different requirements.The undervoltage release,shunt release and electric operating control part are mounted on the left part. The undervoltage release and shunt release are connected with the amplifying mechanism through the tripping axis in order to reduce the tripping force for the breaker. The 12 pairs of auxiliary contacts are for users to connect the secondary loop. On the panel,there are indication plates of "I" and "O" (both of them are pressed down.) for closing.DW15-1000 and 1600 breakers are attached to the front manual operating hhandle.DW15-1000,and 1600 the manual operating handle for the overhaul.Both of them can be dismounted.
