NXJ Insulation Wedge Type Tension Clamp

NXJ Series insulation wedge type tension clamp is a kind of anchore clamp in distribution line, it is applicable for fastening of insulated conductor on the corner or terminal wire pole, this clamp is equipped with 1KV, 10KV, 20KV plastic inner wedge separately according to the voltage standard. The body is cast with high strength aluminium alloy and has the advantages of high strengh, goods holding power, light in weight, no magnetic hysterisis loss and easy of installation.

The structure features:

1. The case takes anti-oxidation high strength aluminium alloy without waste power;

2. The core of wedge is made of insulating reinforce plastics, 1~10KV withstand voltage: ≥18KV, not breakdown one min;

3. No need to remove the insulation layer, alcore wire can be used directly;
