Brief Introduction

Application:
The NZS/TNZ high efficiency thickeners are widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, coal mine, environment protection, non-metallic mineral processing etc lines.
Main structure characteristics.
NZS/TNZ thickener composites of body, transmission rake, drive devices, constant-current stabilizer, steel bracket.
1) The body is comprised of cylinder and cone, there is a overflow weir at the top, and the repairing platform on the roof.
2) Rake components, consist of transmission shaft, rake, etc, which mainly scrape the grout on the bottom to the discharging pipe.
3) Actuating device, including motor cycloidal speed reducer, who was set up at the platform on the roof.
4) Constant current stabilizers, which are placed in the middle of the body, have the ability of changing the direction of the grout water before done and improve the precipitation outcome, also stabilize the flow layer.
5) Brackets, which are made up of profile steels, supporter of the thickener.
