This machine is suitable for surface rust removal and strengthening of Steel Structures. Through the location of the blast reasonable projection of high-strength shot against the surface to clear the sticky surface of the sand and attachments oxide, surface strengthen and improve the fatigue strength of the steel. In april, 2005, our company researched the roller bed type shot blasting machine for train bogie,for our customer in Hunan Zhuzhou. The work pieces can be cleaned once, though the cleaning work of bogie is complex. The whole machine adopted the completely automatic controlled,which greatly low the artificial cost of the clients and get the accord good comments from the supervisor Siemens.
QZ3212 shot blasting machine(for bogie) is applicable to blast cleaning of large steel structure.By shot blasting, you can remove the surface dirt, welding slag, waste paint, and can reduce the internal stress of the steel, so as to surface strengthen and improve the quality of the work pieces.
