Technical Features
1 It not only has vertical field but also has parallel field, not only has tube wall magnetic field but also has down field. there are wall field and low magnetic field. Operating point of the magnetic field is 8000 gauss or more, and the magnetic path is long. So its effect of anti-wax and cleaning is very good.
2 The product has a standard threaded connection, and is easy to install. Bearing load is 65 tons.
3 Series products are suitable for oil well which has different wax and water content.
4.This product doesn't need be repaired, has long service life.
This product uses rare earth permanent magnet materials, has been used in many domestic oil fields. Experts and oil field use units assess that anti-wax effect of this product is quite remarkable, it could extend single-well hot wash cycle 5-15 times, has obvious economic benefits, does not affect the oil quality, with both viscosity and pour point reduction functions. It supplies new technology and new process for oil exploitation.
Useage instruction
This product is mature high-tech product, and easy to use.
1, the product pipe threaded at both ends of the standard deduction, use only the product pipeline with pumping tighten each screw.Both ends of this product are standard tubing thread button. When using, twisting with the pipeline well is just ok.
2, this product is suitable for different wells. One well is installed with one product. Installation location is according to the following requirements:
(1)The first one should be installed 100m above the pump.
(2) The second one is only installed 400m below wax precipitation point.
(3) This product requires installation error scope within more or less 10m.
(4) The product has two types of high temperature and room temperature. The temperature of installation location of room temperature type is not greater than 120 degrees Celsius.
(5) During storage, the protective cover at both ends shall not be opened to prevent debris entering the pipe.
