This machine is designed and produced by domestic/overseas advanced technologies, with high cleaning quality, compact structure, high degree of automation, low noises and good performance. This machine throws steel shots at work pieces, which are turned over on the tumble belt. It applies to Medium-small sized forgings, castings, stampings, and gears as well as the descaling, derusting, deburring and intensifying of spring in this shot blasting system, especially suitable for parts subject to collision.
(1) This machine adopted the (HNQ360 Japanese Sinto technology) double plate impeller head, which is characterized as brief structure, easy to change impeller and high shot blast efficiency.
(2) Efficient separator of shot from sand, high separating quality and productivity, long impeller lifetime.
(3) The bag dust filter can greatly reduce air pollution and improve the work environment, complying with state emission standard.
(4) Abrasion resistant rubber tumble belt reduces noises and the collision of work pieces.
(5) Automatic discharging of materials after cleaning of work pieces, low labor cost.

(9) 3~AC380V power is supplied for the power circuit of electric devices of this machine, and 220V voltage controlled by control transformer is supplied for the control circuit. Zhengtai elements are adopted to guarantee reliability and applicability of this machine. All electric elements are arranged in one electric control box for convenient operation and maintenance.
