The ingredient of type TJ-FDN-100 is β-naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde high polycondensate. With high dispersibility and low foaming feature, this product is non air-entrainment super high-efficiency water reducing admixture. Due to obvious water reducing-performance strengthening effect on concrete and best early strength, type 100 can quicken the cycling of template and field; shorten the construction period; expedite the project progress; save the engineering cement consumption; greatly increase the fluidity of concrete; and also improve the workability of concrete. Without chlorine salt, type 100 has no corrosion to concrete reinforcing bar. And this product has been widely used in road, bridge, tunnel, industrial and civil building, mine, dock, water conservancy facilities, prefabricated components, common cement products, and other concrete projects.
Main Technical Performances
      1. Type 100 is divided into powder admixture and liquid admixture. The power admixture is chocolate brown; and the liquid admixture is brownish black. It has no toxicity or pollution, and is not inflammable.
      2. The content of type 100 powder admixture is 0.5~1.0% of cementing material; and that of liquid admixture is 1200~2500ml/100kg cementing material; The water consumption for mixture can be reduced 15~25%; there is obvious early strength effect; the strength can be increased 50~80% in one day and three days; 30~60% in seven days; and more than 20~40% in 28 days.
      3. Under the same water-cement ratio, the initial slump of concrete can be improved more than 10cm, which makes great increase on fluidity.
      4. Under the condition of basically unchanged compressive strength of concrete, the cement consumption can be reduced 10~20% when mixing this product.

For example: When selecting and using Evergreen P.042.5-level cement, natural medium sand of 2.81 fineness modulus, the artificial gravels of Φ5~31.5mm continuous graduation and compressive strength of not less than 105Mpa, and drinking water, to prepare C50-level high-strength concrete, such as the concrete of box girders of some bridge; (Only for Reference)

Scope of Application
      Type 100 water reducing admixture is widely applied into concrete projects, especially adapting to the following concrete project: foundation concrete, mass concrete, flowing concrete, self compacting concrete, pumped concrete, steam-curing concrete, natural curing precast concrete, reinforced concrete and pre-stressed concrete, and high-strength concrete.
Usage
      1. Addition: The addition of type 100 admixture is 0.5~1.0%, the general additon is 0.75% (calculated as the percentage of dry powder to cement in weight). When preparing low-grade concrete or adopting slag cement, select and use the amount of 0.4~0.6% to save cement and improve economic benefits; while preparing high-grade and pre-stressed concrete, select and use the amount of 0.75~1.0%.

Best Method of Adding Admixture

 

1. The power admixture shall be kept in dry place with precaution against dampness. But the damped power will not be affected on its effect, and can be used after proportioned to water solution. 
2. Powder water-reducing admixture type 100 has a service life of two years; liquid admixture has a service life of six months; water-reducing admixture beyond its service life can be used again after concrete trial mix testing.
