I. Nature and Purpose of Product

  This Product is a kind of non-ion high-effective water-reducing admixture made by the materials such as methyl polyoxyethylene ether, methyl methacrylate, polyvinyl alcohol, activator, initiator, etc. This product is in conformity with the requirements on first-grade products of quality standard of concrete admixture (GB8076-1997).

   With high water-reducing ratio, good anti-slump property, good durability and other advantages, this product is suitable for preparing over C50 high-strength and high-performance concrete, such as cast-in-situ concrete, prestressed reinforced concrete, pumped concrete, self-leveling & self-compacting concrete, grouting pile concrete, etc. in the works like railway, bridge, water conservancy, port and municipal project.

II. Main Performances of Product

   1. This product is cola colored liquid. And it has no toxicity or pollution, and is not inflammable.
   2. With high water-reducing ratio, 0.8~1.2% of this product is added into concrete for reducing 28~36% water consumption under the situation of maintaining the same slump.
   3. With good strength-increasing effect, when this product is applied, the strength of concrete can be improved 60~80% in 3 days and improved about 30% in 28 days.
   4. Under the situation of maintaining the same mixing proportion and strength, the cement consumption can be saved above 20%.
   5. With good workability and fluidity, this product can greatly improve the pumpability and reduce the construction labor intensity.
   6. With small shrinkage and good durability, this product is suitable for the application of high-strength and high-performance concrete, such as the concrete in special railway line, magnetic suspension, expressway, overhead road, etc.

III. Usage

   1. The amount of adding this product is 0.8~1.2% of total amount of mastic cement. And the best amount should be subject to relevant experiment.
   2. When this product is applied, the mixing time should be appropriately extended in order to fully and evenly mix.
   3. Under the situation of meeting the concrete’s slump, the water should be reduced as much as possible to avoid eduction.
