BC-I concrete pumping agent is a versatile additive, with super plasticizer as the main component, composite, fused a variety of high-quality organic and inorganic materials made of power or liquid additive. This series of products are standard, early strength, retarding varieties. Product performance is stable, has a strong adaptability of cement. This product has a high water reduction, good water retention and cohesiveness, strengthened, retardation and other significant characteristics.

Main functions:

Appearance: gray powder, brown yellow liquid.Moisture content: powder≤6%.Solid content:liquid 40%±1%( can be adjusted according to user ‘sneeds )Degree of fineness: powder 0.315mmChlorine-free salt: have no corrosion function to the steel bar.Air content: ≤4%.Reducing rate: 15%~25%.Cement paste fluidity: ≥200mm.Slump value-added: 100~200mm.Slump loss: 30min~60min≤30mm (can be adjusted according to user’s needs)Atmospheric pressure weeping rate ratio: ≤90%.Pressure weeping rate ratio: ≤90%.Setting time: can be adjusted according to customer’s requirements.Recommended dosage( calculates by the cement weight percentage):

          Powder mixed with 2.0%~3.0% (early strength type mixed with 3.0%~4.0%).

Concrete compressive strength ratio:

        Standard type: 3d 125%~140%, 7d 110%~130%, 28d 100%~115%.

        Early strength type: 3d 150%~170%, 7d 130%~160%, 28d 100%~110%.

        Retarded type: 3d 120%~135%, 7d110%~125%, 28d 100%~115%.
