This product is alkali-free, chlorine-free, do not harm the human body, does not corrode steel, and can significantly contribute to the cement hydration and concrete strength development, and have a good variety of blending of the cement. It can be widely used in wet spray production in various types of industries, it can reduce construction dust, less rebound loss, has a good uniformity of concrete, significant economic benefits.

A).The main technical performance

  1. Setting time is fast: initial set 1min-3min, permanent set is no more that 10min.

B). Sphere of the amount

The amount of this accelerator will be 3%-5% of cement weight; can be replaced with water at the equal weight. Actual amount should be determined according to variety of the cement, grade and after adjusting for the construction temperature.
C). Adaptation range

This product is suitable for mining engineering, mine, shaft engineering, cavern engineering, road and rail, traffic engineering, anchor sprayed concrete, urban construction, defense, water and other underground works construction and sprayed concrete sealing, concrete floor quickly concrete construction and emergency rescue, repair and strengthening works.
D). Using method and notes

   1. Before using this product please have a Best Amount Test and adaptability to the cement will be used in the construction and the product.

   2. The product can be used in both dry spray and wet spray process. When using, please add some of this liquid accelerator on the nearest position to the exit of the spray gun, the amount of the water of the concrete should be deducted the amount of the water the accelerator pulled in.

   3. The intake of the accelerator can be the flow meter or precision water control.

   4. After opened the barrel, please mix it evenly.

   5. This product is corrosive to the human body; please pay attention to the preventive measures (wear the anti-corrosion gloves, glasses; once contact with the skin, please wash it with the clean water immediately) when you sue it; no corrosion of steel.

   6. The product during storage or use shall not be mixed with other substances.

E). Packing and storage

1. This product should be packaged with iron or plastic barrel, each barrel 250±1kg,if there are any special requirements it can be packaged with cans.

2. The product during storage or use shall not be mixed with other substances.

3. After packaging, at the normal temperature in the ventilated and dried house, its self life is 8 months.
