JZ Series Cement Mixing Machinery

Description of JZC JZM series concrete mixers:

NF JZC series concrete mixers also named Drum Concrete Mixer. The drum’s clockwise rotating for concrete mixing, and the anti-clockwise rotating for concrete discharging. Mixing power from electric motor, drum is driven through gear set, Low failure rate, easily to operate. JZC series concrete mixers are installed 2 tyres for simple moving. They are portable concrete mixers in work site. JZC series cement mixers are applicable to the small construction project, used for the variety of concrete production, mortar and grout.

NF JZM series cement mixers are driven by electric motors, which clockwise rotating for concrete mixing, and anti-clockwise rotating for concrete discharging. The difference between JZM and JZC is the mixing drum force-transmit method. JZM adopts Rubber Friction-tape which transfers the powder from electric motors to mixing drum belt for rotating; JZC adopts Gear-set. Lower capacity of JZM concrete mixers are equipped tyres for easily moving if necessary, such as JZM350 and JZM500. Because of JZM750 productivity and self-weight, NF don’t suggest install tyres for its position moving. JZM series cement mixers are also applicable to the small construction project, used for the variety of concrete production, mortar and grout.

Technical features of JZC and JZM series concrete mixers :
JZC and JZM series concrete mixers are bipyramid-type self-reverse mixers, concrete is mixed by drum rotating;
The mixing drum is driven by gear set;
Install 2 tyres for the mixer moving;
Adopt electric motor for power supply.
