Main shaft rotary speed is 33.5-120r/min and fly knife is 1440r/min, disperse efficiently variety of fibers. According to the differences of fibers, mixing time is controlled within 3-5min. The mixing efficiency and eveness degree achieve the ideal effect. Unloading materials adopts pneumatic method to open the door. The special method can unload the materials within 10 seconds. Fly knife is made up of manganese steel, equiped with ZSY to start up in full load state. Plowshare and roll bar can be changed once abraded. To achieve good solid-liquid mixture effect, liquid spraying function can be added based on mixing dry powders.
