Concrete mixer truck
"Yu Jian" series of concrete mixer truck is developed and manufactured by Linqu Yu Jian Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. Based on the domestic and foreign advanced technologies. It is mainly used for the long-distance transportation of concrete with the function of effectively delaying the pre hardening and avoiding the stratification and eduction of concrete, so as to ensure construction quality and progress. "Yu Jian" series of concrete mixer truck has 3m3, 6 m3, 8 m3, 9 m3, 10 m3, 12 m3, 14v and 16 m3 various models, which can work perfectly with any special mixer chassis according to the user's requirements. The concrete mixer truck has a rotatably driven mixer drum, particularly a drum provided with interior mixing element and an originally imported closed hydraulic system as a drive source for the mixing process which contains the main hydraulic pump, hydraulic motors, reducer, and accessories to the hydraulic tank, radiator, filters and hose connectors. The mixing drum body and the double-logarithmic variation-parameter helical vanes are made of fine-grain abrasion-resistant steel plates which are specially used for the B520JJ mixing drum made by Shanghai Baosteel Company. Wearing abrasion-resistant steel plates at the area where contact with the concrete guarantees this equipment a rather long service life. Not only are many mixing arms designed in the mixing drum, but also square and round holes are scientifically arranged in the mixing vanes. This design has realized the actual three-dimensional mixing of concrete, with discharge surplus close to zero and segregation of concrete avoided. The moveable discharge chute can be locked at 4 different positions to achieve discharge operations in different directions. Due to the adoptions of shot blasting and baking finish technology on the upper part of truck, "Yu Jian" series of concrete mixer truck features elegant design as well as high stability, speedy discharge, low surplus rate, easy operation and long service life.
