1 Double-pump and double-circuit hydraulic system
The pumping loop single provides oil, thus the energy can be fully used and it can realize long-distance and large opening high pressure pumping. Control loop single provides oil, thus realize powerful swinging. The pumping loop and control loop are entirely separated, thus it is easy to check and find fault, and is also easy to maintain and overhaul.

Adopted auto lubrication system and installed pressure filter at the lubrication pump exit which ensures the system reliability.

5  Cooling system

Adopted forced cooling installation ensures the oil temperature of hydraulic system can be controlled under 60°C so that can guarantee the hydraulic system of the main machinery could work under the normal conditions.

6  Washing structure

Installed washing water tank and washing machinery thus convenient for the concrete pump’s maintenance and clean.
