Coefficient of linear expansion 0<0.5*10-4m/m degreeC, only aoubt 1/3 of ordinary PP-R, thoroughly solves the extension and contraction problem of plastic pipes
Rigidity of this pipe is enhanced, so as to prevent the pipe from drooping. Meanwhile, density and quality of flexed supporting points are reduced. As a result, gross cost of the project is reduced.
Its strength of resistance to static pressure has been promoted substantially. Under equal working conditions, the same specification of composite pipe can bear 25% more pressure load than ordinary PP-R. In this way, safety factor of piping system is elevated, and its service life is longer under ordinary design vibration force
Its hith-temperature resistance is better, while energy-saving and consumption reduction effect is more obvious, under proper pressure, FR/PP-R can be used for a long time in hot water system that is below 90 degreeC
This pipe can connect with ordinary PP-R hot-melting and socket pipes. Its accessories are complete, and its construction is convenient and reliable.
Oxygen permeability problem of the pipe has been solved. The internal surface, which has direct contact with water is hygienic and innocuous. And it also has good sealing performance, thus sphagna will not form inside the pipe.
