introduction of intelligent stage construction
1. mechanical part Rotating landing stage: the stage can be rotated down independently, synchronously
or in groups.
Lifting fountains: in the performances, the fountains can change in various shapes
according to different situation, making the program more exciting. Fountain can be used alone, and simultaneously also.
Lifting orchestra pit: the orchestra pit is the band's place, widely used in modern stage. It is set in
the front of the stage with different height changes, in which cases can expand the audience hall,
the stage and the performance areas.
Telescopic stage: the hidden stage can stretch out and rise to the same level with the original stage
to create a larger performance platform. The size and shape of the stage can be changed in this case
according to different performing purposes, meeting singing, dancing and fashion show needs.
The two-stage can expand the stage area more than 2 times to meet various customer
requirements.
2. electric part
Net of control system: main functions is to transfer information (operation command, status and
parameters) among PC, control panel and control box.
Human-computer interface: There are numerous control signals and quantities in electric system
need to be input in order to reflect instant status as well as express signal. This system chose
touch screen as the interface which adopts 5-wire resistance type. This screen with strong anti-interference works normally. The units in touch screen can store thousands of contents, and the
contents between screens can be switched freely.
Asynchronous motor is the power device. It directly connects with frequency regulator which always
is world-famous brand to form speed control section.
Unit control of rotating and landing part: this part is driven by leadscrew nut, so the operation is
stable and precision of positioning is high. This unit adopts double-driven, standby for each other
so the stability of operation is ensured.
