LSY series cement screw conveyor is a kind of equipment which makes use of rotating helical blade continuously push materials in a sealing circular cross section case and has compact structure, small cross section, light weight, good sealing performance, high convey, flexible process arrangement, convenient assembling, disassembling and movement and safe operation.
It is acceptable for conveying various dusty, grainy, small lumpy bulk materials such as clay powder, coal ash, sand, grain, small size coal, cobbles and cast iron shavings and isn’t suitable for conveying tough, easily-caked and metamorphic materials.
The screw conveyor is divided into horizontal, inclined and combined types according to configured method and can be used with other conveying devices together to finish working such as concentrated transportation, respectively conveying mixing materials, mixing, dewatering, discharging and stacking.
The machine is especially suitable for conveying bulk cement warehouse to mixer or from cement warehouse to batching machine in concrete mixing station.
