Introduction
Belt conveyors are used to transport the material from process to other and to stockpiling the final product in crushing and screening plants. These conveyors are produced in different belt width depending on the capacity of the material which will be carried and in the required length.
The belt conveyors are driven by reducer gearbox, V-belts and an electric motor. As per process requirement, one single belt or multiples belts can be assembled flexibly with other transferring equipments.
It should be operated under the condition with temperature range from -10 °C. to +40 °C.The temperature of transferred materials should be lower than +60 °C.
We also can offer belt conveyors that stand 400°C temperature.
Working principle
The motor drives the driving rollers of the belt conveyor, and drives the roller by the strong belt advances. Materials are conveyed from the original place to the place where they are needed.
